Korza emerges from stealth to help mid-sized companies achieve their ambitions with AI
Backed by a $20 million seed round from investors including Clearlake, Permira, Silver Lake and SkyKnight, the AI services company combines elite teams with AI-powered delivery and pre-built technology to cut the time and cost of putting AI to work
Korza today announced its public launch after working with clients since early 2026. Built for mid-sized companies seeking to transform their businesses using AI, Korza helps leadership teams identify where AI can create value, then define and engineer solutions tailored to their businesses.
Co-founded by CEO Roy Singh, former head of AI at Bain & Company, and President Zack Kass, former head of go-to-market at OpenAI, Korza raised a seed round of $20 million in January 2026 from leading investors, including Clearlake, Permira, Silver Lake, and SkyKnight.
Korza has since grown to a team of 80 and worked with more than a dozen private equity-backed companies. Its team comprises engineers and product managers from leading technology companies including Amazon, Google, Microsoft and Coinbase, and consultants from leading strategy consulting firms.
AI is changing the economics of building software and delivering services. Yet many mid-sized companies find that off-the-shelf software doesn’t fit their needs, while traditional consulting and systems integration make custom development costly and slow. Korza’s model uses AI to combine the customization and outcome focus of a services company with the standardization and engineering discipline of a software product company.
“We’ve long believed AI could help companies of all sizes to achieve more, and change the way software and professional services are delivered. Five years ago, we began exploring that idea together through a partnership between our previous companies. Along the way, we became convinced that the model we had in mind needed a company of its own, built around AI from the start,” said Singh and Kass in a joint statement.
Korza brings together AI engineering, product management, and business consulting to define business strategies, design solutions, and engineer AI agents and platforms. Its teams use proprietary tools throughout their own delivery, and turn recurring industry needs into reusable software building blocks that shorten time to value.
Its client work spans new AI products for enterprise software companies, process automation for B2B services companies, and AI solutions for sales and customer service in consumer-facing companies.
“Korza has partnered with us on our AI product strategy, defining the roadmap for our RSA Agent ID agentic identity security platform, and jointly engineering our first AI products,” said Greg Nelson, CEO of RSA, a leading identity security provider for high assurance organizations. “With Korza’s support, RSA is well positioned to win with our next generation AI products, and we’re excited about our continued collaboration.”
